  • All our garments are made using natural materials and handcrafted in small batches. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, or weave are natural and part of the beauty of a handmade product. These will not be considered defects.

  • We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

 

 

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our website using the available payment options.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

 

 

3. Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days from the date of order.

  • Delivery time post-dispatch is typically 3–7 working days, depending on the location.

  • Shipping is free for all orders.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

 

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

  • Exchange is only available in the following cases:

    • The item is defective or damaged

    • You need a different size of the same style (subject to availability)

  • All exchange requests must be made within the specified timelines:

    • Size exchange: Within 3 days of receiving your order

    • Defective/damaged product: Within 48 hours of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • Customized or discounted products are not eligible for exchange.
