We do not offer returns or refunds — and we hope you’ll understand that each piece is handcrafted in small batches, which makes returns challenging.
That said, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange in the following cases:
1. Size Exchange
Need a different size? We’ve got you.

You can request an exchange for a different size of the same style (subject to availability).

Please make sure the product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact.

Drop us an email at eena.life@icloud.com within 3 days of receiving your order to raise your exchange request.

Reverse pickup is available in select areas. In others, we’ll guide you on how to send the piece back.

Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
2. Received a Defective or Damaged Item?
We do a thorough quality check, but if something slipped past us:

Please email us at eena.life@icloud.com within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the issue.

If the piece is genuinely defective, we’ll arrange for an exchange or replacement — no questions asked.
